Pelletschnelltest
- Chemical analysis of 2.5 g of the sieved ash, that the levels of
chlorine (2000 mg / kg ash)
zinc (600mg/kg ash)
and lead (100 mg / kg ash)
observed be.
The validity of the limits is zzgeklärt.
costs 300, - € / 3 days
The manufacturers recommend using the quality-conscious, durable shopping with a pellet manufacturer and find that laboratory tests for the effects of ash behavior on the boiler operation are sufficient, but only that boiler attempts with amounts of at least 1m ³ are meaningful. An improvement of the furnace is possible through the use of chimney gases circulations.
We therefore propose to establish, with the pellet manufacturers a relationship of trust and that it should be noted that once a year without notice accompanied by a detailed boiler attempt by the DBI, and to show work from the HTWK performed. If this test is negative, with the wood pellet manufacturer costs.
As precautionary measures, we propose the evidence from the literature before:
- repeal of each delivery, a sample (1 kg)
- - Beware of prices below 150, - € / t
surface inspection: smooth satin finish without longitudinal cracks
- pellets a glass of water lay.
is not the water clear again, impurities are included.
- The color of the pellets is secondary.
light spruce, beech dark ...
It is a fact that is so far only dark pellets struck negative.
There was an inspection of a boiler plant is vorgenommen.Es clearly see the high proportion of unburned. Now
was carried out of the water glass test of two samples, old pine wood from HSB, New
from Kober.
result: New pellets lower turbidity.
Well done, a combustion test in the foundry Kessler Leipzig
conditions:
Ø Ø
muffle furnace combustion temperature agreed with Nolte from 900 ° C Weight 100 g
Ø
state at 300 °C
Links Neu Fa. Kober
Rechts Alt Fa. HSB
Zustand bei ca. 400 °C
Zustand bei 900 °C
Zustand nach Abkühlung
Links Neu Fa. Kober
Rechts Alt Fa. HSB
Auswertung
